This is a really quick, easy “summery” treat that only takes about ten minutes to make. The ingredients are simple: frozen fruit and juice (if your fruit is tart you can add about a tablespoon of sugar but it’s not necessary).
This is three cups of fruit & makes 2 “Shmoothies” & a small bowl for Hila. I add the juice until its bout half way up the blender. The consistency is somewhere inbetween a sherbet and a smoothie and looks like this:
Mmmm, stick a spoon in it and enjoy! No need for all those extra fancy ingredients!
